Lockley Design and Build is the brainchild of Joseph Lockley, a qualified building surveyor with two decades' experience in construction.
Having worked on thousands of public and private sector building projects for homes and businesses across the North West and beyond, Joseph set up his own company to use his expertise and experience to become the trusted partner individuals and companies need to build their dreams.
